Overview: In early 2005, REDHILL exploded onto the country music scene with a unique style they call "Detroit Country" -- flavorful full-bodied country music with a blues-rock edge. Motown and Rock have been the prominent sounds coming out of Detroit for half a century, so it is no small wonder that these influences are heard in the heart and soul of the sound that is REDHILL. With a captivating lead singer up front, the group is a blend of seasoned music veterans and songwriters who love to perform live. A powerful live show has quickly become REDHILL's trademark, helping the group garner SEVEN Detroit Music Award nominations between 2006 and 2007.
