Overview: Matt Lukasiewicz (pronounced Luke-uh-shev-its) is a 24 year old, self-taught "closet" musician hailing from Rochester, New York. Matt began teaching himself to play guitar and sing when he was 13 years old. For years Matt has been thought of by friends and family as more of a football player (played 4 years of college football at D-III power St. John Fisher) than musician. But Matt's heart and soul has truly been in writing original music and stockpiling an arsenal of his own music. Now he is ready to share it with the world. Currently recording and releasing his own material, along with writing original music for an up-and-coming vocal pop group comprised of singers from NBC's The Sing-Off, Matt is finally letting his music be heard.
