Overview: Lunar Light Parade is the culmination of long-time friends, Chris Carter and Marshall Cremeens, two young men who formed the band in 2009 over a mutual passion for pop rock and electronic dance music. Influenced by diverse artists such as Gotye and Depeche Mode, the duo set out to combine melodic pop music with a dance-rock edge, with the intent of creating original alternative pop. With Chris on vocals, guitar and programming, and Marshall on vocals, bass and keyboards, the two musicians began to write and record music together, thus forming a cohesive songwriting team capable of producing unique and catchy songs. The blend of Chris' shimmering guitar and Marshall's charging bass set against a backdrop of thumping beats and thick synth textures creates a sound unto itself yet highly accessible. Having already independently released an EP, Lunar Light Parade are currently writing and recording songs for an album.
