Overview: Paint The Words is the solo project of sixteen year old Tyler Simko. A Jersey kid originally from the south, Simko has been jammin' since he's been in feetie pajamas. He's been studying music for the greater majority of his life; he recalls beginning his pursuit at the age of 3, after seeing Schroeder on The Peanuts playing the piano for Snoopy. PTW was formed in Simko's room, throughout many sleepless nights with him, an acoustic guitar, and a notebook. His debut EP, 'Lay Down, Cuddle Up', produced by Jason Soroka, was released in late 2010 through iTunes, and received a tremendously positive response. With 2011 in the very near future, PTW plans to go as far as possible. When asked how he thinks the future for Paint the Words will go, Simko laughs and simply replies, 'I suppose we'll find out, won't we?
