Overview: Random Encounter is a collective of individuals dedicated to the creation and live performance of quality music. Formed in 2005 from a series of random encounters, their tendency to switch tempo, time signature, and even genres between songs is reflective of their name. Drawing from its roots as a video game cover band, Random Encounter has progressed to creating original music inspired by video game culture. Unavenged represents a new direction for the band following a rework of the group's original lineup. Random Encounter's vocalist/accordionist, Careless, is now accompanied by Anonymous on drums, Rook on bass guitar & synth, & Kit on electric guitar.
