Overview: Ian McFeron broke into the Seattle music scene when discovered by “The Mountain” (AAA-formatted KMTT at 103.7 FM) after releasing his debut album, Don’t Look Back (2003). Within months, the first single “Love Me Twice” edged out songs by Modest Mouse, Bob Schneider, and Ray LaMontagne in “New Music Throwdown” competition, where listeners vote for their favorite of two new songs. Ian has shared the spotlight with international artists such as Patty Griffin, Nanci Griffith, Shawn Mullins, Brandi Carlile, Amos Lee, Mike Doughty, Hayes Carll, and more. McFeron has released six full-length albums, his most recent "Summer Nights" being recorded in East Nashville at Studio G! and produced by guitarist Doug Lancio. Ian McFeron’s continues to operate as an independent artist, functioning as his own record label, management company, and booking agency, all while continuing to produce new music and expand nationally.
