Overview: Rabbit’s Got The Gun, a Texas based band with a soulful and upbeat melodic rock vibe, was formed when a diverse group of extremely talented musicians realized their potential and began the creative process of blending their unique musical styles. Fused together from various walks of life, Kewaithian Freeman, Stephen Rodriguez, Justin Baisden, Joe Atkinson, and Forris Massey incorporate a hypnotic, soul tinged rock resonance into each performance while lacing it with a surprise element that keeps the fans asking, “What are they going to do next?”…and what RGTG did next was incredible. They were chosen as a finalist out of 400 bands in the Rhapsody/Landshark Battle of the bands where they performed to a crowd of media spectators in October 2009. Furthermore, they have performed with national acts such as The Guess Who, who wrote and performed “American Woman” and Spoonfed Tribe who personally invited RGTG to play with them at the well-respected Ridglea Theater.
