In the last 4 years, Steven Phillips and Midnight Express have become the most requested band for Enchanted Music on the Square, opened for Earl Thomas Conley and Gene Watson at the Georgia Mountain Fair, opened for Lee Greenwood at the Smoky Mountain Center for Performing Arts, performed at Brasstown Valley, played a street dance for the Last Kiss of Summer, played at the Pocket Park in Hayesville, and celebrated Labor Day with the first annual Fire on the Water at The Ridges. He kicked off the Georgia Mountain Moonshine Cruize-In in Hiawassee and provided entertainment for the Gold Rush in Dahlonega. Steven Phillips and Midnight Express is already heavily booked for the year of 2011.
