Overview: My name is James Drake. I write all of my own songs, and all of my songs are from my own personal experiences. My overall goal in making music is to create an atmosphere for the listener so that they can get the feeling that "this is right." Relating to music has always been a big deal in my life; it's helped me deal with internal and external struggles. And that's what i want my music to be. Almost in a sense of being able to place the listener in the feeling and emotion of the song and them sympathize with the lyrics.
