Overview: Emerging from the clubs in and around Louisville, KY in 2008, Edgewood has soared to the top of the country scene with high-energy performances and entertaining set lists. The band is comprised of five guys who each have a deep respect for country music’s history and a love for the harder edge of current country radio. After quickly becoming a fan favorite in the Kentuckiana area due to electric live shows and great chemistry between top notch players, Edgewood has put their focus on writing and recording original music with their debut album’s projected completion date of spring 2011. With the band’s mix of honky-tonk roots and rock influences, Edgewood is on track to create an album that is enjoyable from beginning to end.
