Overview: Don Tetto is formed in March 2003 in Bogotá, Colombia as a result of a call for a battle of bands called CPS (Colegios Por Bogotá) promoted and sponsored by Radioactiva a youth radio station. That call received over 300 demos of different bands, where Don Tetto classified among 12 selected to perform live in front of more than 1000 people from the different schools in Bogotá, and by unanimous decision of the jury Don Tetto was claimed as the winner.
They recently obtained one nomination for the MTVLA Awards and won it, as “Best Central Artistâ€Â, recorded a live DVD with all his followers at a prestigious theater in Bogota and temporarily withdrew from the stages, to focus on the composition of their eagerly awaited second album.
His new album mienteme-prometeme is on sale from July 6th and can be find on itunes.
