Overview: Ronnie Day (born Ronald Guglielmone, Jr. on January 18, 1988) is an American singer-songwriter from Redwood City, California. He has released an independent album titled Nine Sleepless Nights and a second album titled The Album which was released on November 14, 2006 by Sony/BMG/Epic. Day started his public music career in a San Francisco Bay Area band called "Sounds Like Life," which also featured John Vesely, who is now the principal artist in the acoustic-based band "Secondhand Serenade."[1] He played piano on Secondhand Serenade's debut album "Awake."
In 2006, Day signed with Epic Records. He toured for one year, and was eventually dropped by his record label in June 2007.
After 3 years away from the music industry, Ronnie Day is back in the studio, working on his latest album "Becomes The Whale." Day has released several live acoustic versions of tracks off the new album at: http://ronnieday.com/blog/?page_id=400
