Overview: It started on a whim, jamming on campus here and there, by the lake, in the hallway, and out in the courtyard- just because. Gradually it evolved into a bit more, trading lyrics and riffs, signing up for some local open mics to perform some originals and classic covers, and passing out raw bits recorded in basements and backyards using free editing software and a hand-me down eBay mic. Our drive has always been music as a medium for purpose, the purpose being something more then mainstream composition- self-reflection, challenge to the norms, re-establishment of what truth may be. Our influences range from Pink Floyd and The Beatles to Ben Harper, Radiohead, and Nirvana while our music spans across numerous genres. With over 75 pieces and about 120 unfinished bits waiting for the glue, we hope that one day a few of those might just break through...
