Overview: Blameshift members, Jenny Mann, Tim Barbour, James Miller and Joe Meyer met on the infamous Long Island music scene just over 5 years ago. The band was determined to release their first national album, The Test, nation wide without the help of a record label. In early May 2007 their album, produced by Michael Birmbaum & Chris Bittner (Coheed & Cambria/The Sleeping) was put out in select Hot Topic, FYE stores and itunes. The members left is all behind, spending nearly two years straight touring from coast to coast, including the Vans Warped Tour 2008. After being featured as Alternative Press's unsigned band of the month, Blameshift started receiving more and more street credits & recognition. Expect to see them in a town near you this fall and an amazing new album next spring.
