Overview: A love of punk rock,Jimi Hendrix, and a raised social consciousness brought together five boys from East Texas. Counter Current is a punk rock band which doesn't believe in sacrificing musicianship in order to write catchy songs. A thrilling live show, poetic lyrics, and a propensity for off the wall guitar solos has fuelled this bands local success, which is all the more impressive considering their young age.
