Overview: Born in a home filled with love and musical talent, Darlene is the seventh child born to the late Henry Sr. and Dorothy Denton. She is a dedicated psalmist and has been singing in church choirs for over thirty years. She is mentor to many young people. Over and above ministering in song, she is often found organizing gospel programs and leading workshops and seminars. Darlene is a member of the Jesus Name Apostolic Church (JNAC) under the leadership of pastors John I. and Celeste Caples. She is a lead singer, and directress for JNAC Sanctuary Choir, and she is one of the praise and worship leaders at her church. Her praise team has been featured with gospel greats such as Kenny Lewis, James Sission and The Chosen Ones and Reggie Royal and Judah. God has open many doors for Darlene to minister in song, bringing her before great men as stated in the scripture.
