Dustin Lee is an American singer/songwriter from Fort Madison, Iowa. Currently living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dustin has just released his latest album “On My Way Back Home”. This release features Dustin’s moving, thoughtful, and poignant songs inspired by his life growing up in the Hawkeye state.

While growing up along the Mississippi River, his interest in music started at a very early age. Dustin received his first guitar on his 8th birthday. By the time he reached junior high school, he was already growing as a musician by taking lessons and excelling as a vocalist. Throughout high school, he was a member of a local vocal group and was playing in various garage bands. When he enrolled in college at Western Illinois, he formed the band Doubt along with three friends. For four years, their blend of loud, high energy, classic and modern rock was a fixture on Macomb’s local bar, party, and festival scene. It was during this period that Dustin emerged as a songwriter and a live performer. Following Doubt’s split in 1999, Dustin moved back to Iowa and joined the already successful local band Head First. His contribution to Head First as a rhythm guitarist and songwriter breathed new life into the band. During his time with the band, they recorded their only album “Done” consisting of eight songs, seven of which he penned. After leaving Head First, Lee formed the band Stroker Ace with two other Burlington, Iowa musicians. For two years, they were popular playing local clubs in Iowa, Illinois, and Missouri with an emphasis on original material.

Since arriving in Southeastern Wisconsin, Dustin has been busy performing for a new legion of fans at a wide variety of venues. He periodically appears with other local, national, and international artists.
