Overview: L.A. Music award recipient, NF is based out of San Diego, was formed back in the summer of 2003 in Tijuana Mexico where they performed in local venues and music festivals across the state, current members includes Daniel J. – vocals and guitar, Alex Brahms – Drums and Joel Sotomayor – Bass. In 2005, the three-piece alternative rock band decided to take it to the next level and cross their music over the border, gaining immediate acceptance by performing in well know venues all over SD, TJ and LA,. NF, whose genre can be classified as alternative rock is easily separated from the rest by their melodic, powerful, dark sound and there awesome live performance. NF has played with great local bands (mower, sprung monkey, octuber burning, among others) and have played Detour Live, San Diego Rocks and Noches Rockeras at the house of blues, currently there releasing there new single Shades of gray and co headlining the Tijuana Progresive International Fest in july 25 2009.
