Overview: To start with, I entered a song last night, but I don't know if I did everything right. All my music is published through Nobody One Publishibg BMI. Mr. "NOBODY" Jones is my stage name, and basicly the only name most people in Nashville know me by. The song I'm entering tonight is called, "100 Years Of Heaven". I was encouraged to write this song in 1988 in Vancouver, WA. It was for the 1989 Washington State Centennial; for Clark County, and for Vancouver and the people in it. I submitted it, and it was endorsed as an Official Contribution to the Washington State Centennial. Knowing nothing about how the music business works, I didn't know that a song had to be published, to be played on the radio. I published it in 1997, here in Nashville, so NOW, it can be played on the radio. Having arrived here in 1990, I didn't have a clue about how to do anything, and was a slow learner. Also, at my age, 62, breaking into the music world, doesn't really seem that doable.
