Overview: Born Rickey Jones hails from Napoleonville, LA, he was heavily influenced by his family's musical background throughout his adolescence years. Various types of music such as blues, gospel & musical instruments were constantly played or performed by some of Rick's greatest singers & musicians which was his family. These genres of music embodied his character and personality that eventually transformed his creativity into the artist he is today. Rick brings a new meaning to southern hip-hop. He's doing so by relocating to Dallas, TX. He once commented in a press release stating, "My music is undeniable. I hit for the soul."
