Overview: HI my name is Joseph Bowden I am an independent gospel artist that was born and raised in Washington, D.C. where I attended School and Church,my influence are first of all my Lord And Savior "JESUS CHRIST" my mother the late Mrs Mary M. Williams, My grandfather the late Rev. Harvey Bowden who was a great preacher and gospel singer in his own right, so you see I got my singing inspirations honestly, I song in the youth choir at my church at the age of 10 and at the age of 12 I began to like R&B I song with a group by the name of the inferno's, later in years I joined a group known as the Apollo Brothers we recorded what was known as a 45 record during that time in my life entitled Shaking Up in 1973 which never gained popularity due to lack of promotional availability, after that I decided tosettle down and get married to the wife and mother of our children, I went back to my roots and recorded my first gospel cd entitled Lord More Personal , I pray you are blessed by its content.
