Hailing from San Diego, SICARUS formed at the end of 2007. The band displays convincing elements of several sub-genres of metal, taking influences from the likes of Killswitch Engage, Slipknot and Iron Maiden. SICARUS adds its own unique sound and vocal style which regularly encompasses 3 and 4 piece vocal harmonies to bring an unsurpassed, truly melodic and powerful element to their distinctive style of music.

Since its inception SICARUS has quickly established itself in the local scene as a force to be reckoned with, earning the respect of fans and musicians alike.

After forming the band put together their first demo EP, “Bleed Seraphim” which quickly gained them enormous praise in the local scene. However since then, SICARUS has just finished their second demo EP, “Strength Of All” which out classes the first demo in all aspects of song writing, musicianship, creativity and production, showing just how much the band have grown and developed in only 6 months.
