Overview: Born in a blue collar steel town outside Pittsburgh PA ,
Rich Harper learned to play blues guitar the traditional way by primarily being self-taught listening to and learning from the recordings of artists like Eric Clapton, B. B. King, Rory Gallagher, Freddy King & Duane Allman. Since then, Rich has toured Asia, Australia, Scandinavia & has also entertained the U.S. troops in Iraq. Rich is also one of the featured artists in the book about the history of the Amal's Blues Fest (Sweden) entitled "Blues Unfolded" by Tony Berg.
