Overview: Cecil was started by a pack of Staunton, VA based kids in November of 2007 who felt alone in their musical interests. As a result, they picked up their instruments to share their musical style with strangers and friends around the area. Their audience has dramatically increased since their humble beginnings and they have had the pleasure to play all over Virginia with many bands including two from California and one from South Carolina.
