Overview: Born in Los Angeles, CA, G. Sharma listened to his first Stevie Wonder record at the tender age of five. Three years later, G left L.A. for Boston, where his love for Stevie's music led him to the work of Musiq Soulchild, Lauryn Hill, Usher, and other R&B/Soul artists. After spending the bulk of high school studying his favorite artists, G enrolled in Johns Hopkins University, majoring in music at their Peabody Conservatory of Music. Now currently at Hopkins, G combines knowledge gained from Jazz Composition and Computer Music Programming to his own music. In April of 2008, G will release his first album, 21, available for purchase on all major online retailers.
