My goal has always been to promote all local musicians by recording my original music and theirs and promoting all local talent in Grand forks on my Cd's.There is a lotta of good musicians in grand forks and Iam lucky to have a recording studio (ROCKSTAR STUDIO) to be able to do this. I have been asking KJ108 staff and the BIG DOGZ to play local bands and they finally came through, Iam grateful to Brian lee Rivers for doing this ,and for his songwriting contributions to whiskysam 's recordings.Also big thanks to the BIG DIOGZ for playing our instrumental every morning to open their show with,we dedicated it to them and named it BIG DOGZ,its heavy metal with double harmony guitars.
Sami David Makarim classical guitarist graduated from the University of North Dakota (GO SIOUX),played all over the world,influences fromThe Beatles, Zepplin, Sabbath, Deep Purple,Beethoven, Andre Segovia.A blend of all, resulting in a British American & Mediteranean Rock .
